Squaring the Education Pyramid Institute (NPC) believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. However, in hard to reach, under-resourced and underserved communities, education is often an inverted pyramid. Resources and support at the foundation are limited, leaving children with fewer opportunities as they grow.

We see parents as teachers and teachers as parents.

We offer Parenting With Love resources, helping caregivers become active partners in their children's education and reinforcing literacy and emotional support at home and the community. Children then feel loved, and happy to live a life of positive values.

We connect with informal and formal libraries, schools, individuals and organizations to create learning ecosystems where resources are shared, sustained, and expanded, closing education gaps one child, one teacher, one book at a time.

The Pyramid is Squared, one relationship at a time. It is not squared in a conference room or from behind a desk.
Hundreds of thousands of books have been distributed in underserved communities. More than a million children were supported.
Thousands of teachers, parents, and community workers have been trained through Teaching with Love, parenting talks, literacy programs, and workshops.
STEPi partners with and supports individual teachers, parents, community workers, schools, libraries & organisations to ensure sustainability. STEPi books, resources and training materials are used by thousands of teachers and schools throughout Africa. Over a million children have enjoyed a STEPi book on their own.
