Refund policy

Please review the following information carefully. Returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot send the correct merchandise back to you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, we do not issue any refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@stepiedu.com and lodge your return with us. Indicate the reason of returning the product, i.e. either wrong product was shipped or damaged product.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following addresses:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we will cover the shipping charges for correct returns (in the case an incorrect product was shipped) and damaged products.

Please inform us immediately when you shipped your return to sales@stepiedu.com.

Damaged products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact sales@stepiedu.com to lodge your dispute.

Exchanges / Incorrect product shipped

If you are sending us a return because you were not sent the item(s) you ordered, indicate on the Packing Slip/Shipping Confirmation the item(s) that you were supposed to receive so the warehouse knows how to process the return. Contact sales@stepiedu.com to lodge your dispute first.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
